I started cleaning the inside of the tank with a wire brush. This removed what I touched but of course it didn't get what I didn't touch. I went back on Thursday May 30th to do some more tank cleaning and take some pics. I thought I'd pull the plugs and Squirt in some Sea Foam Deep Creep, a cleaner that reports to be good.
It turns out I didn't have the right spark plug socket. It started to rain and I had to pull everything inside.
I'd spent about $30 on misc tools and cleaning products
